Join us on our mountain-view deck in Lakeside for two special Breathe Into the Wild evenings Wim Hof style designed to calm your nervous system, open your breath, and leave you buzzing with grounded energy.

What to expect

  • Grounding flow to melt the day and prep the breath

  • Guided breathwork journey (conscious connected breathing)

  • Cold plunge practice (1–3 min rounds with coached entry/exit)

  • Sound healing integration under the evening sky

  • Fire pits, tea, and community connection

What to Bring

Towel, swimsuit, warm layers, water bottle, journal, a snack, and an open mind.

Accessibility & comfort

We provide coached cold-plunge entries, optional modifications, and a warm-up zone by the fire. New to breathwork or cold exposure? You’ll be guided every step of the way.
