We just wrapped up our Breathe into the Wild event series — and wow, what a journey. The energy, the connections, the community we built together were incredible. Don’t worry — it’ll be back soon.
As we move into fall, we’re inviting you into something softer — Candlelit Yin Yoga with Sound Healing. Two intimate evenings this month — Sunday, October 19 and Saturday, October 25 — designed for deep rest and nervous system renewal.
On our mountain-view deck, you’ll move slowly through restorative postures, melt into longer holds, and finish with a gentle sound bath — soft bowls, chimes, and rhythmic tones that calm the mind and release the body. ✨

75 minutes of candlelit Yin (all levels)
Guided breath and storytelling between poses

Teacher details
Josh will guide you through the Yin Yoga postures and gentle storytelling. He studied Yin with Annie Au — one of the world’s most respected Yin Yoga teachers.
Nicole will lead the sound healing journey, weaving soothing tones that invite grounding, balance, and deep integration.
