New Vision for Nirvana Events

Hey there,

I’m making a simple change to this newsletter so it serves you better.

Going forward, instead of listing lots of events from around the city, this newsletter will focus exclusively on Nirvana’s events—so you get one clear invite, one place, and one rhythm you can count on.

The reason we’re doing this is because Nicole and I are much more full-filled hosting wellness events than reporting on them. And it takes about the same amount of time to host one as it is to create a round-up wellness newsletter and promote it.

Now, I know this is a big change so -

If you prefer city-wide roundups, no hard feelings—hit unsubscribe below. But if you’re excited about this change then I have great news.

We’re hosting events every week starting in September.

What to expect

Every Sunday evening at the Nirvana starting in September, we’ll host a restorative sequence:

  • Yoga - slow Vinyasa focused on opening your diaphragm for breathwork

  • Guided Breathwork – regulate your nervous system and reset your week

  • Cold Plunge – build resilience and energy

  • Sound Healing – integrate, soften, and land fully in your body

Why the shift?

Many of you told us you wanted fewer choices, more consistency, and a community you can return to week after week. This format gives you all three.

Plus, it’s clear to us after we sold out our first event on August 31st - two weeks ahead of time that we need to offer more experiences.

We’re working on getting all the event pages live for next month and will send them over shortly.
